The dashboard opens after you log in. It shows a card for each site you can access. This article shows you how to read a card and spot a domain that no longer leads to your site. You will also learn to follow the use of your plan and choose the look of the dashboard.
Read the header of a card
Each site has its card. Cards sit side by side as far as the screen allows. On a phone, they stack.
- At the top of the card, the Production address is your public site, as your visitors see it. A click opens it.
- Next to it, in small type, the Staging address leads to the environment where you build and test. A click opens it.
- Below, your role on this site: Administrator, Editor, Author, Contributor or Subscriber. Lovely Admin designates a member of the Lovely Render team.
A site that does not have a Production address yet is named after its Staging address.

Understand the domain banner
When your domain does not point to Lovely Render, your visitors do not see your site. The card flags it with a banner under its header.
| Banner | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Orange, … does not point to Lovely Render yet. | The domain has never been linked to your site. This is the normal state of a new site, as long as its records are not set at your registrar. |
| Red, … no longer points to Lovely Render as of … | The domain led to your site and no longer does as of the date shown. Most often, a record was changed or deleted at your registrar. |
Your browser may still show your site while your visitors no longer reach it. The banner warns you before they notice.
- In the banner, click DNS. The records panel opens on the side.
- Set or reset at your registrar the records that the panel lists. The article Connect your domain name details each record.
- Come back to the dashboard later. The banner disappears once the domain is linked.

Read the figures for the last 30 days
Four tiles summarize the last 30 days. The label Last 30 days vs the previous 30 reminds you of it above the tiles. Under each figure, its change in percent is shown in green for an increase and in red for a decrease.
| Tile | Measure |
|---|---|
| Page views | The pages viewed over the period. An address that cannot be found or a page in error does not count. It is the same count as the volume of your plan. |
| Visitors | The unique visitors who saw at least one existing page. |
| Activations | Arrivals through a campaign link. This link carries a campaign name in utm_campaign, in mtm_campaign or in the parameter chosen in your analytics settings. |
| Submissions | The forms filled in over the period, only for the forms that have statistics tracking turned on. |
Page views and visitors exclude bots and known spam. Submissions count everything your forms received.
A tile shows a dash when there is nothing to measure, neither in the period nor in the previous one. This is the case for a site that has just gone live. A month at zero after an active month shows “0” and its decrease.
For the detail by page, by source or by form, open the site’s Statistics screen. The article Read your analytics presents it.
Follow the use of your plan
Two lines compare your consumption with your plan. A gauge appears under each figure.
| Line | Measure |
|---|---|
| Page views over the year | The page views by real people since your site’s anniversary date, against the annual volume of your plan. The small figure preceded by “~” forecasts your total at the due date if the pace holds. A mark shows it on the gauge. On hover, the due date appears. |
| Disk | The space used against your quota. On hover, the exact figure appears. A quota shown as “∞” is unlimited. |
The gauge and the figure change color as the limit approaches. The disk turns orange above 75% and red above 90%. Page views turn orange when the projection reaches 90% of the volume and red when it exceeds it.

Read the web performance
The Web performance block tells how your site loads for your real visitors. It is measured on their devices. These are the Core Web Vitals that Google uses for SEO.
| Line | Period | Display |
|---|---|---|
| The first | The last 30 days | Always. |
| The second, preceded by 24 h | The last 24 hours | When these hours have enough visits for a verdict, better or worse than the month’s. |
Each line gives a verdict, Good, Needs improvement, Poor or Partial. The measures that produce it follow, each in its color.
| Measure | Meaning |
|---|---|
| LCP | The time before the largest element of the page is displayed. |
| INP | The time the page takes to react when you click or type. |
| CLS | How much the page moves while it loads. |
A measure without enough visits over the period is not shown. INP is often missing on a showcase site, because a click is needed to measure it. Without LCP or without CLS, the verdict is Partial, unless a measure that is present is poor: the verdict is then Poor.
After a publication, the 24 h line shows the effect over the day before it counts on the month.
On hover, each measure of the month gives its value over the previous 30 days. The FCP and TTFB loading times and Origin are added. Then come the number of page views measured with their share of the total, then the date of the measurement.
As long as your site does not have enough visits to decide, the first line shows Insufficient data in place of the verdict. A measure that is more than three hours old carries the Stale badge and the 24 h line does not appear.
Open the panels of a site
At the bottom of the card, three buttons each open a panel on the side. They appear only for the administrators of the site.
| Button | Panel |
|---|---|
| Members | Invite collaborators and set their access. See Invite a member and choose their role. |
| DNS | View and check the records of your domain and your emails. See Connect your domain name. |
| History | What happened on the site, who did it and when, by category. See Read your site’s history. |
Other members see the card and its figures, without these buttons. Their work on the site follows their role.

Spot a site being deleted
A site whose deletion is scheduled announces it at the top of the card, with its date: This site will be deleted on … Until then, its owners can export it from its Settings. The article Take your site with you explains how.
A disabled site keeps its card on a gray background during the same period.
Choose the look
- At the top right, next to the notification bell, find the three icon buttons.
- Click one of them. The display changes immediately, without reloading the page.
| Button | Display |
|---|---|
| System, the screen | Follows the setting of your device, for example light by day and dark in the evening. This is the starting choice. |
| Light, the sun | Always light. |
| Dark, the moon | Always dark. |
Your choice applies to all the pages of your account. It is kept in your account and follows you to another device.
