Only the site’s owners. Every export requires a code and the other owners are notified. We choose the owners with you.
Can I get my site back after my subscription ends?
Yes. Your site stays downloadable for 30 days after your subscription ends, before it’s deleted.
Which hosting can I move my site to?
Any hosting that installs a recent WordPress. Your host or your agency follows the instructions in the archive.
Can my agency keep my site?
No. The site is yours and its owners export it without going through your agency.
