Privacy policy

In force since

This page explains which personal data Lovely Render collects on the lovelyrender.com website and in the Lovely Render service, what it is used for, how long we keep it and how to exercise your rights.

Who processes your data

Lovely Render is the controller of the data described here. For any question about your data, write to contact@lovelyrender.fr.

Each of our clients is the controller of the data of the visitors to their own site. Lovely Render processes it on their behalf, as a processor: the section “Visitors to our clients’ sites” covers this.

Audience measurement

Our server counts the pages you view to produce our visit statistics: page views, source of the visit, country, browser and operating system. They are for our use only and no third-party tool receives them. They rely on our legitimate interest in knowing how much our website is visited and do not require your consent.

We keep these statistics for 37 months.

Your requests

When you write to us with a form on the website, we receive what you enter in it, for example your name, your email address and your project. We use it to answer your request and prepare an offer for you. We keep your request for 13 months.

Cookies

lovelyrender.com sets no advertising cookie and no third-party service cookie. Here are the cookies you may receive when visiting the website.

Users of the service

Your Lovely Render account keeps your name, your email address, your password, your login settings and your preferences. We use them to provide the service to you and keep it secure, as set out in the terms of use. Names are encrypted.

We keep this data for as long as your account exists. The actions you take on a site stay in its history for 12 months. To have your account deleted, write to us from the Contact page.

The service, at lovelyrender.app, sets the cookies in the previous table and the following ones, which it needs to work.

Lovely Render service cookies
CookiePurposeDuration
lrp_…Keeps you logged in.400 days
lr_dt_…Remembers a device you have approved.30 days

A few other cookies serve a single step, such as an invitation or a new password. They disappear within the hour or when the browser closes.

Our clients

The organization that subscribes to the service gives us its billing details. We use them to perform the contract and to invoice. We keep them for the duration of the contract, then for 10 years for invoices, as required by law.

Security

We protect your data with technical and organizational measures: encrypted connections, encrypted sensitive data, separation of each site, two-step verification on a new device and nightly backups.

To protect the sites we host against bots, spam and attacks, we analyze their visitors’ IP addresses and check their reputation with specialised services. This processing relies on our legitimate interest in securing the service.

Google and Microsoft accounts you connect

Connecting an account is optional. You do it from the administration of your site and you disconnect it from the same screen: we then revoke our access with the provider and delete the access tokens.

When you connect Google Search Console, you sign in with Google and allow Lovely Render to read the list of your Search Console properties, to find the one of your site, and its search performance (clicks, impressions and position, by day, page, search query and device), to add your site as a property, to read and submit its sitemaps, and to obtain a token from the Google Site Verification API to verify that you own the site.

We use this data only to show your search performance in your site’s dashboard and advice, and to set up and verify your property. We do not sell it, we do not share it with any other company, and we do not use it for advertising or to train AI models. Our team does not read it, except to solve a problem you report, for security or when the law requires it. If you allow an AI assistant to read the search performance of your site, it receives the figures it asks for, on your behalf.

The access token is encrypted with keys unique to your site and stored with it, on our servers in France. Figures by page carry no personal data and are kept as long as the site exists; figures by search query are kept for the statistics period of your plan.

Lovely Render’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can also remove our access from your Google account, on the Third-party apps and services page.

When you connect Google Ads, we keep the client account you choose, its currency, its time zone and the access token, encrypted the same way; we read no other data from Google Ads. When you connect Bing Webmaster Tools, we read the search traffic of your site and its search queries, to show them in your dashboard, and we keep them like the figures of Google Search Console.

Where your data is

Your data is hosted in France. Only IP addresses leave the European Union, when they are checked with a security service based in the United States. This transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework when the recipient participates in it, otherwise on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Our subprocessors are listed in the data processing agreement. We sell no data.

Visitors to our clients’ sites

If you have visited one of our clients’ sites or filled in one of its forms, that client is the controller of your data. Its privacy policy describes it. Send your requests to the client: if you write to us, we forward your request to the client concerned.

Your rights

You can access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict its processing, object to processing based on our legitimate interest and get back the data you provided to us. You can also give us instructions on what happens to your data after your death.

Write to contact@lovelyrender.fr. We reply within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, at cnil.fr.
