Your content follows the structure of your trade

Wines, properties, workshops or job offers: you describe once what their page contains. Each new piece of content takes on this information and this layout. Google finds each one at its own address.

Your content has the information and the layout you choose

Wines, properties for sale or job offers are content types. You create as many as your trade needs. A piece of information is defined once and used across several types.

A piece of information can be required. It can also depend on another one: the ageing potential does not show for a sparkling wine.

You design the layout of a type once. Changing it changes all its pages. A specific page, or an appellation’s page, can get its own.

  • Text, short or long

  • A number, with its limits

  • A date, a time or both

  • A yes or no

  • A choice from a list you write

  • An image or a video

  • A phone number, an email or a web address

  • A link to a term or another piece of content

Your writers fill in your content and see what they are missing

Each piece of content opens on the information to fill in. A required box left empty is flagged without blocking publishing. Save a well-designed layout as a template: your next pieces of content start from it.

The list of properties for sale with their data: price, living area, city and property type, one column each.

Sort by your data

A click on the Price column sorts your properties from most to least expensive.

Spot what is missing

A filter isolates the content whose required information is empty.

Translate content one by one

Each row shows its languages. A click on a missing language creates its translation.

Your visitors filter your content and browse your categories

  • Lists to filter and sort

Your visitors tick a color, an appellation or a price range you have named “Under €15”.

The selection stays in the page address: it can be sent to a friend.

  • Each term of your categories can have its own page

The Savennières appellation has its own text, information and translations. A list placed on its page shows its wines without you choosing them.

Give each term a color and an icon so it can be recognized at a glance.

Your content has its own address and title in Google

  • A clear address

Each page has its own, like /vins/savennieres-clos-du-chene-2022/. The site adds it to the sitemap that Google reads.

  • A stable address in the page tree

Organize your pages in a tree. When you move one, its address does not change.

  • One address per language

The type’s name is translated in the address: /vins/ in French, /en/wines/ in English.

  • A title and a description for each page

Write them yourself, or write a template once for the whole type: each page’s title slots into it.

An AI can create your pages for you

Connect it to your site and describe your type in one sentence. Give it your wine spreadsheet: it creates the pages, fills in their information and tells you what is missing. Everything stays on your site in Staging until you publish.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a limit on the amount of content?

No. Every plan includes as many types, fields and pieces of content as you want.

Can I import my content from a spreadsheet?

No, not your content. An AI connected to your site creates it from your spreadsheet. We can also do it for you on quote. Your category terms import from an Excel file, translations included.

If I change a piece of information later, do I lose what I entered?

No. Your values stay when you edit the information. Only its kind (a number, a date) can no longer change after it is created.

Can a team member break the structure?

No. Only the site’s administrators create or edit a type. Your writers fill in the content. Nothing goes live until you publish.

If I remove a type, do I lose its content?

No. The type leaves the site but its content stays. You reactivate it together with its content. We would hate to make you lose a season of events.

Can I translate my content?

Yes. Every piece of content and every term can be translated. Your lists show content in the language of the page being read.

Can I reuse my structure on another site?

Yes. An agency takes a type with its fields, its categories and its layout templates. The content and the terms stay on the first site.

If I leave, do I get my content back?

Yes. Its information is stored as in any WordPress and leaves with your site’s export.
