# Your forms send you requests without spam

You build your forms in your pages. You’re notified by email and each request goes to your customer relationship software (CRM) with its source.

Request my site

1. 1 ### Your visitor writes They don’t tick any “I’m not a robot” box.
2. 2 ### The site keeps bots out Your site recognizes them without asking the visitor anything.
3. 3 ### You receive an email You choose who receives it based on the answer given.
4. 4 ### The request goes to your CRM Your customer relationship software also receives where it came from.

## Your fields, your questions and your steps are set in the page

Place a form like any other block and choose the type of each field: text, email, phone, date, list, file, consent and ten more.

A question appears only after a certain answer. A long form splits into steps.

You receive fewer fake email addresses.

## Your forms keep bots out with no test for your visitors

Your site recognizes bots while the person is typing. A request from a doubtful connection arrives marked Suspicious and you sort it yourself.

## Your requests reach you by email and stay on your site

If an email doesn’t arrive, you find the request in your list.

- Several notifications per form, to sales or support
- A notification only for certain answers
- A copy of the request sent to the visitor
- One click on Reply to write to the visitor

## You know where your requests come from and which page converts

Each request keeps its channel, its campaign and the page it was sent from. You also see what share of the visitors to those pages send the form.

### The conversion rate

The share of visitors to the form’s pages who send it. You compare it with the previous period.

### The channel of each request

Organic search, ads, email, social networks or AI assistants. The campaign is added when it is known.

### The time to fill in

The median time between arriving on the page and sending. You spot a form that is too long.

## Your requests go to your customer relationship software (CRM)

Give the address of your tool. Each request goes to that address with its source.

A failed delivery is retried and you see the result of each delivery.

Make or Zapier connect your site to your other tools.

The delivery log follows: the latest is waiting for a retry after a 503 error, the earlier ones are delivered.](https://static.lovelyrender.com/uploads/2026/10/216-formulaires-envoi.png)

## Your visitors’ answers stay safe

Your site encrypts what your visitors type (name, email, phone, message) before saving it. Nobody can read these answers in a stolen copy of the database.

### A code for every export

Each CSV export of your requests is confirmed with a code. The site owner receives an email for every export.

### Thirteen months of retention

Your requests are kept for thirteen months, then erased. We extend this period if you wish.

### One consent per use

Your visitor ticks one box per use of their data. None is ticked in advance or required. Your site keeps proof of each agreement.

## Frequently asked questions

*### Does my customer relationship software connect in one click?*

No. You give the address where your tool receives requests. We can set up this connection for you on quotation.

*### Do Google Ads and Meta know which ads bring me requests?*

Yes. Your site itself sends them each request your forms receive. They see which ads bring you customers and give them priority. You have no tracker to place in your pages.

*### Can a real visitor be blocked?* — Yes, rarely. They then see a message inviting them to contact you another way.

*### Do my tests get mixed up with my real requests?*

No. Requests sent on your site in preparation stay separate. Publishing your site copies no requests.

*### Can I track a request, assign it to a colleague or rate it?*

No. Your site receives and keeps your requests. Following them up happens in your customer relationship software.

*### Can I take a payment with a form?* — No. A form has no payment field.

*### If I leave, do I get my requests back?*

Yes. You export them as CSV whenever you want. The file keeps the source of each request.
